Middle Caicos in the Turks and Caicos Islands

Historically known as "Grand Caicos", Middle Caicos is set to be the location of an idyllic and exclusive new property development. The 48-square mile island, currently home to just 250 people, is renowned for its long, picturesque stretches of secluded beaches, outstanding natural beauty and has more recently been recognized as key to the future growth and development of the Turks and Caicos Islands chain.

With preservation of these natural assets a priority to the developer and key to its unique concept, phase one of the proposed low density, eco-sensitive resort will comprise a world class boutique hotel, beach front luxury residences, nature reserve and health club, all of which will be meticulously designed to blend with the spectacular surrounding environment.

Grand Caicos Holdings Ltd is the owner and developer of this project in the Turks and Caicos Islands, which was recently voted fourth best place to live in the world. Caribbean property specialist 7th Heaven Properties has been appointed as consultant and master agent to develop the brand and launch the development.

7th Heaven Properties founder Walter Zephirin said: "We are delighted with this appointment and are thrilled at the prospect of working with Grand Caicos Holdings. This is a key project for Turks and Caicos and a unique investment opportunity. We are currently reviewing proposals from various development partners, which is really exciting."

The director and owner of Grand Caicos Holdings, added: "We are very excited about our newest venture and thrilled to have 7th Heaven Properties involved. We felt their sophistication, experience and overall program would be the best to help us make "Middle" "Grand" again. We have known for some time how special Middle Caicos is and we are committed to developing a world class product while protecting and accentuating its amazing natural and cultural attributes."

Zephirin also commented: "After our first site visit we knew instantly that this will be one of the most sought-after investment opportunities in the Caribbean. This is the only development in the Turks and Caicos with a development agreement of its kind with the British and Turks and Caicos Governments. All contracts and approvals have been secured and surveys and land registration have been completed. Construction of infrastructure has also begun."

"The stunning Turks and Caicos is renowned as an exceptionally private, luxury vacation and second home destination for high net worth individuals. This development represents a fantastic opportunity to attract foreign investment into the Islands,” he added.

7th Heaven Properties, a Caribbean property specialist, represents $8 billion of land and property for sale from across the entire region, from The Bahamas in the north to Tobago in the south, as well the Central American countries with Caribbean coastlines. With an exclusive focus on the Caribbean, listings include both residential and commercial property.
