Middle Caicos in the Turks and Caicos Islands

Historically known as "Grand Caicos", Middle Caicos is set to be the location of an idyllic and exclusive new property development. The 48-square mile island, currently home to just 250 people, is renowned for its long, picturesque stretches of secluded beaches, outstanding natural beauty and has more recently been recognized as key to the future growth and development of the Turks and Caicos Islands chain.

Caribbean property specialist 7th Heaven Properties has been appointed as consultant and master agent to develop the brand and launch the development.

All contracts and approvals have been secured and surveys and land registration have been completed. Construction of infrastructure has also begun."
